Delivery Conditions

1. Our company Ceramics La Barraca will dispatch the merchandise through a transport agency which will get into contact with you, having previously informed you of the day and approximate time of delivery. You will be kept informed about the dispatch from out facilities by Email.

2. The delivery will be made at street level. Installation and assembly are not included.

3. Damage caused by transport must be notified immediately by Email to pedidos@ceramicaslabarraca.com and should also be noted in the bill of receipt of the transport company if any imperfection is noticeable on delivery and the bill should be signed. We suggest you take photos of any anomaly to further justify your cause before unpackaging the product.

4. If you do not wish to receive your order in your house, you may also collect it at your nearest transport company branch. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible the available days for collecting your merchandise.

2. Payment may also be made by Bank Card paying through our virtual T.P.V. with Sabadell, an up-to-date, secure technology which allows us to offer you maximum guarantees for your ease of mind.

In order to benefit from these prices, large purchases with minimum orders or with exorbitant prices which the big manufacturers may demand will not have to be placed. We will supply you with whatever the quantity and to any place in Spain or Europe as inhospitable as they may seem. We practically supply to anywhere in the world.

2. The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and may be subject to modification attending to market fluctuations. Nevertheless, when ordering by filling out our purchase form, the acceptance of the offered price will automatically be implied as long as the goods are from the same catalogue and with the general conditions of current sales at that particular moment. Once the order has been formalized, the right of purchase will be taken for granted, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchaser consumer, and from that moment on the prices and conditions will have a contractual character and may not be modified without express agreement on both parts, provided that the sales conditions have been fulfilled.

3. For purchases made in The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside Spain, the transport prices must be consulted so as to provide the most appropriate personalised price. We will respond within 24 working hrs, or through the online chat or by Email.

4. If you purchase an item which for transport purposes cannot be palletised on its own due to its characteristics or dimensions, you will be notified in order to find a solution.

5. The given measurements and weights in the product features are the nearest possible approximations.

6. Valid prices are solely for purchases made exclusively on internet and which are supplied to your residence through our transport company.

7. We wish to guarantee the best price for our products, therefore if you find the exact same item cheaper on another website, don`t hesitate to contact us and we will better the price. This is guaranteed.
